Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has married for the fourth time, tying the knot with 67-year-old retired Russian biologist Elena Zhukova on Saturday. The 93-year-old chairman emeritus of News Corp and Zhukova were married in a ceremony at Murdoch's California vineyard, according to a statement released by Murdoch's office.
The couple met last year and have been dating for about a year. Zhukova is a retired molecular biologist who worked at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. She is Murdoch's fourth wife, following his marriages to Wendi Deng, Anna Torv, and Patricia Booker.
Murdoch's marriage to Zhukova is the latest in a series of high-profile marriages for the media mogul. In 2016, he married Deng, a Chinese-born businesswoman. The couple divorced in 2013. Murdoch's first marriage was to Torv, an Australian journalist. They divorced in 1967. His second marriage was to Booker, a British businesswoman. They divorced in 1999.
